As a member Capital Real Estate Investments, Inc., Brandon Trevellyan represents both Sellers and Buyers throughout San Diego County with a primary focus on North San Diego County which includes Del Mar, Rancho Santa Fe, Solana Beach, Cardiff, Encinitas, Carlsbad, Oceanside, Vista, San Marcos, Escondido, Ramona, Fallbrook and Bonsall.
Additional responsibilities include prospecting potential listings, statistical analysis, marketing, tours and all other aspects selling retail properties. Brandon’s career in commercial real estate began in 2004 with an internship at Sperry Van Ness working with a broker specializing in Retail. The unique combination of Brandon’s real estate background, combined with being a third generation San Diegan, gives Brandon a unique understanding of the retail market throughout San Diego County.
