Over the past five years, Vice President Geoff Hannan has helped Capital Real Estate Investments, Inc., expand to one of the top 20 brokerage firms in San Diego County. His knowledge of the retail marketplace and transactional process in addition to his determination for achieving the most suitable opportunities for his clients, results in exceptional transactional experiences in the acquisition and disposition of retail properties.
Geoff began his career in commercial real estate in 2002 at Marcus & Millichap, working with Randy Rivera’s National Retail Group. In 2003 he left Marcus & Millichap with Joe Bertocchini to help found CREI and establish it as a top commercial brokerage firm driven to excel in meeting investors’ objectives and needs. Geoff’s dedication and productivity awarded him CREI’s Top Sales person in 2004 and 2005. Geoff received his BA in Business Administration from the University of Delaware where he was an All–Conference Guard for the Fighting Blue Hen football team. He currently resides in Pacific Beach, CA and on weekends enjoys surfing and playing golf. Back
