For the past 13 years, Broker, Justin Earley, has commanded a highly successful career in key sales, business development and management in the real estate arena, as well as construction, aerospace and telecommunication industries.  His expertise in negotiation and sales, coupled with his impeccable integrity and legendary work ethic are key ingredients for obtaining optimal terms and for closing contracts on the sale of new and existing commercial retail buildings.  Justin is a dedicated team player with excellent interpersonal and client service skills that correspond ideally to the mission of Capital Real Estate Investments, Inc.

Prior to his experience in real estate sales, the scope of Justin’s professional career spread over a variety of industries, achieving consistent elements of challenge and success.  His appreciation for the opportunities and rewards of real estate investing, led him to help found Capital Real Estate Management in 2002, with two other partners.  Justin managed 40 strip malls, retail centers, and apartment complexes that generated $1 million in revenue per year for the company, while serving as the president and operations manager until 2006.  In January 2007, Justin joined his sister company, CREI, for an opportunity to provide broker services both in the San Diego metropolitan area and other national marketplaces. 

Justin graduated in 1994 from Northern Arizona University (NAU) with his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a minor in Spanish.  He continued on at NAU to complete his Master of Business Administration in 1994.  In 1997, Justin received a Global Leadership Certificate from the American Graduate School of International Business (Thunderbird) in Glendale, Arizona.  He became a Licensed California Real Estate Broker in 2004 and is 70% complete as a Certified Property Manager Candidate.
