 Matt Lopiccolo  Investment Associate |
Matt Lopiccolo is an Investment Associate with Capital Real Estate Investments, Inc. He was born in Detroit, Michigan and raised in the suburbs of Detroit. Matt is a graduate of Michigan State University with a degree in organizational management and a minor in business.
His first occupation within the real estate world was project manager for his family’s residential development company. Matt was responsible for all contractors, workers, permits, city interactions, deadlines, and quality of production. He continued his interest in the building aspect of development by becoming a licensed builder. His unique experiences as a project manager and builder add another helpful facet to the dimension of knowledge base at CREI. Matt married his fiancé of nearly two years on July 21, 2007.
