Mr. Rivera began his career in commercial real estate in 1994 at Marcus & Millichap and rose within the company to Director of its National Retail Group. He consistently ranked in the top 10 retail brokers nationally.
In 2003, Mr. Rivera founded and is the President of Capital Real Estate Investments, Inc., which consistently ranks as one of the top 20 brokerage firms in Southern California. He personally has closed more than 500 transactions in excess of 2 billion dollars throughout his real estate career, and currently owns in excess of 100 million dollars worth of retail properties throughout the United States. His client list includes institutional clients, national developers, corporate tenants, pension funds and high net worth individuals. Mr. Rivera earned his BA in Finance from the University of San Diego. He is considered one of the foremost experts in the industry in the single tenant arena of commercial investments. Back
