The site is the front entrance pad to a proposed 100,000 square feet open air mall with major tenants such as Hollywood Theater, Red Robin, and many other national tenants currently under lease negotiations.  It overlooks I-70 and most of Topeka.  Great Visibility from the interstate which has around 60,000 DPD and is off Wanamaker, the main retail corridor in Topeka which enjoys an additional 20,000 CPD at the I-70 Intersection.  Back
